We may collect personal information such as:

a. your contact information – for example, your name and email address;

b. your personal preferences – for example, language preferences; and

c. your profile information – for example, songs you favorite, and other information you provide in your personal profile

.

Non-personal information

Non-personal information does not identify you as an individual. For example:

a. we may collect certain non-personal data when you visit our Website and or Service, such as the type of browser you are using or the referring URL, mobile device; or

b. we may collect and summarize customer information in a non-personal, aggregate format for statistical and research purposes.

You may choose not to provide us with your personal information. However, if you make this choice we may not be able to provide you with the service, or information that you requested. Singing Activity: When you use the Kamioke service, we keep track of your user activity, which may include the number and title of songs you have listened and sang to, the songs that you favorite, and how frequent you listen and sing a song.

Technical Information: To make the Kamioke Service more useful to you, our servers (which may be hosted by a third party service provider) or analytic partners may collect information from you, including your browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address (a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet, which may vary from session to session), domain name, and/or a date/time stamp for your visit.
